Construction tenders rarely reward broad statements about being committed to safety. Evaluators need to find clear answers, project-specific risks, credible controls and evidence that supports every important claim.

You receive an evaluator-style scorecard, a prioritised list of fixes, and tracked-change edits to strengthen the response. Where needed, this can include up to five pages of genuinely new text.

Subcontractor management: weak response

All subcontractors will be required to comply with the contractor's WHS requirements.

Weak. It does not show how subcontractors are assessed, inducted, monitored or held accountable.

Subcontractor management: stronger response

Subcontractors will be assessed before engagement for relevant licences, insurances, competency records and task-specific WHS documentation. Before commencing work, each subcontractor will complete the project induction and confirm its understanding of the agreed work method and interfaces. Supervisor field observations will be recorded weekly, with corrective actions assigned to a named person and tracked to close-out.

Document handling

The public site is not a tender document repository.

Please do not send tender packs, draft responses or supporting documents through the public website. After fit, conflict and handling arrangements are confirmed, we request the WHS criteria, your draft response and the material you intend to rely on. If a WHS manual is relevant, provide the referenced pages or extracts rather than the whole manual. Client materials are not used to train public AI models.

Frequently asked questions

Clear review scope before you book.

Do you rewrite the response?

Yes. We make tracked-change edits to improve the existing WHS response, and can add up to five pages of new text where that is needed to properly address the tender requirements. The service is not a wholesale rewrite of an entire tender or the creation of a new WHS system.

What if an answer needs stronger support?

We identify genuine information or records that may help, such as relevant project examples, safety performance data, training or competency records, procedures, or clear responsibility details. We do not invent experience, records, results or evidence.

What is outside the standard BidCheck?

BidSafe is not a whole-tender writing service. It does not include building a WHS management system from scratch, producing site-specific SWMS, certification or legal advice. It also does not include creating documents or evidence the contractor does not genuinely have.
